Fall 2015 Makeup Trends: Flushed Cheeks

Blush is probably the quickest and easiest way to perk up any look and definitely worth adding to your routine even if you are the most minimal of minimalists.
This fall, the look of flushed cheeks is hot, hot, hot. This look isn't your average flash in the pan trend. It's a classic look and has always been on my list as the perfect go-to look no matter what the season.

Beauty Tip!!
This look looks best with minimal matte eye makeup in neutral tones paired with a rosy lip. The cheeks are the main feature so you want the frame to be neutral and soft so the cheeks stand out!

My Go To Blushes For This Look

Fair skin tones: Rose Petal by Laura Mercier

Light to Medium skin tones: Orgasm by MAC

Medium to Dark skin tones: Full Fuchsia by MAC

Best Buys!!!

Pearlescent Pink by Wet N Wild
Rose D'Oro by Milani

For the Minimalist: Benefit's Benetint. Just like the name suggests, this is a rose red tint you can apply to the cheeks to get that just pinched look without the pain. You can use it on the lips for color without gloss or goop. Smells like roses

What is your favorite complexion enhancing blush? As always, I love getting your emails and questions. I've had a lot of requests for updates on discontinued products and natural, vegan and/or cruelty free makeup and skin care. You'll be happy to know I'm doing a lot of research right now and hope to have something for you very soon!
