Get Your Luxe On: My High End Picks For the Posh Princess and Prince!

If I had a million dollars I'd make sure I had at backups of all of my pampering and luxurious products. There are always those products that I purchase as a goodie for myself as a prize or as a pick me up and I thought I should share with you. Also if you have any of these items you wish to bribe/gift/pawn off, my email is mo9191976@aol.com , let's make arrangements. Muahahahahahaha!

Foundation: Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua. I love this sheer foundation. You can build coverage in areas that you need more, but can literally feel your skin breathe! The finish is beautiful.
As a general rule, I tend to pick Chanel as my foundation choice because the quality ingredients and all over look and finish. Bottom line: you get what you pay for!

Concealer: Chanel's Lift Lumiere is one of the best concealers around. I've often just have worn this and set it with powder rather than going through the whole coverage charade.

Powder: Chanel again! The loose power is the bomb! So finely milled and gives such a perfectly matte finish.

Bronzer: I gotta admit I am a miser when it comes to bronzers, but I've been really loving Hoola from Benefit. It's not very spendy either and will last forever. It's a matte bronzer so if you're anti shimmer and shine, you'll love this! I like shimmer, but not every day.

Blush: Joues Contrastes Chanel. These are the most beautiful and versatile blushes I've ever used. I can literally wear one everyday and not get tired of it.The pigment, as in all Chanel products, is very rich, so a little goes a LOOOOONG way!
In Love, a gorgeous peach coral with a subtle pearliness, is one of my Holy Grail's.

Highlighter: Veronica's Blush by MAC. Like millions of other lovelies, I was seduced by the Archie's Girl's spring collection 2013 from MAC. This highlighter is one of the many pieces I was lucky enough to snaggle! Technically, it's not a straight up highlighter. I think MAC classified it as a beauty powder. Whatever the case, it was a cool pink illuminating powder with cute heart shaped blush pieces (Frankly Scarlett). Lucky me saw my beautiful Veronica's Blush sail through the air, landing on the floor, breaking into shards. Making lemons out of lemonade, I've guarded it like it were gold. This has been my one constant in my daily routine. In fact, on days like today, when I'm sick, this is all I need to give me life. If you find this on eBay, snatch it up because these are long gone from the makeup counter!

Eye Shadow: Chanel. Surprise, surprise! My Chanel lust is real! As a makeup artist, this is the bar which other brands are measured against. The pigment is rich, the texture is elegant and the staying power is endless. You really only need a tiny amount on your brush and you're good to go. I promise you, if you take care of these shadows, you will have this shadow for years!

Liners: Lancôme Art Liner and Urban Decay Liner. Kinda a toss up. Lancôme has so many pretty colors available in their liquid liner, that it's hard to not fall for them. Urban Decay's pencil liners are awesome because they go on super smooth, have major pigment and awesome staying power. Urban Decay is another brand that doesn't namby pamby it when it comes to color. Brown and black liner only get you so far. Try a deep plum or purple for brown or hazel eyes, navy for green and blue eyes. These shades brighten the eyes and make you look well rested, not garish!

Mascara: Lancôme Hypnose Drama is my fave. That was the only mascara I was truly upset about having to toss after it expired. This really makes my lashes look lush and  full. The only other time my eyes have looked so rad was when I had false lashes on.

Lipstick: Chanel again!! Chanel's Rouge Coco and Rouge Coco Shine are hands down the best! Like every other product in their color line, they pack in rich pigment! A little goes a long way. Rouge Coco Shine feels so good on and gives a very clean look if you just want a little color.

Gloss: Chanel Glossimers. You're probably over my Chanel love, I can't help it though! This brand has got quality and color on lock. Do something nice for yourself and get thee a Glossimer. It's more like a liquid lipstick as opposed to a straight up gloss. I've loved these babies for years, with Spark and Unity both being my favorites. I'm actually out of both, so note to self:?*get up on it!*

Brow: Chella Brow Pencil. I first discovered these back when one appeared in one of my beauty boxes. After using them on my models at last summers shows, I was hooked! You can make the finest brow come to life with a few soft strokes!

Luxury Products: I have a few of these actually, shocker. I love my Laura Mercier Almond Coconut Honey Bath, it's like a drug! While I luxuriate in the tub I like to put my Fango mud mask from Borghese on. That is the ultimate in fine living. Hell, all I need is a flute of champagne and caviar and I'm livin the life of Riley!
