QUICK SUMMER SORBET EYES MADE FOR THE RUNWAY

For this summers Whiteaker Block Party, I was so lucky to be asked to do makeup for the fashion show! I was really able to create my own look for my models and mama wanted color! This became the most popular look with the designers and I am pleased as punch to bring it to you, quick and easy!

Easy eyes!
1. Prime with NYX Jumbo Pencil in "Milk"
2. Blend with a concealer brush
3. Using a small, fluffy brush, apply MAC's "Stars and Rockets" in center of the eye, blending up and along the crease, then down on lash line
4. Using a flat shadow brush, tap the light green shade from Too Faced's "Lucky Charms" in the inner corner, blending into the pink purple of the MAC shadow

5. With a firm crease brush, take a small dusting of NYX's Morocco and tap lightly into the crease and outer corner. Using the fluffy shadow brush used to apply the MAC shade, buff the NYX into the MAC so they look like they melted together.
6. Apply light shadow to the brow bone and blend. This accentuates the arch but also makes the colors look brighter
7. Apply a felt tip black liner, like Be A Bombshell's in "Onyx", subtly across the lash line. You want to almost brush into the lashes. The liner needs to be subtle because we are using bright colors, those are the focus, not the liner
8. Finish with a great mascara. I love "They're Real" by Benefit Cosmetics

Tada!!!

Model Emmy rocks the summer sorbet eyes :)

And my lovely model Tony has the sorbet eyes too!!!

*Tip: If you are going to rock this look, I think it looks gorgeous with bright fuchsia lip and soft pink cheeks, like Tony. That would be for a more dramatic look. If you want to rock this look but less bold, pair a neutral lip and cheek combo, as on Emmy.
